Leslie is a strategic leader with a passion for transforming healthcare through technology. As Managing Director at Altron HealthTech since March 2021, he champions innovation that enables connected, collaborative, and future-ready healthcare ecosystems.
He began his professional journey at Deloitte in 1994 as a director responsible for the Technology Integration Business. Over the years, Leslie served in senior leadership roles at Columbus Stainless, Gijima (as Consulting Executive), and IBM (as Managing Partner for Global Business Services in South Africa). Before joining Altron HealthTech, he also held the role of Managing Director at Altron Systems Integration.
Leslie holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science and earned his MBA from the University of KwaZulu Natal, graduating in the late 1990s.
With his deep technical background and executive experience across consulting and technology, Leslie brings multi-dimensional insights to leading HealthTech strategy that advances both commercial growth and societal impact.
In his personal time, Leslie enjoys exploring emerging tech trends and contributing to community-driven innovation initiatives.

Nicolette is a big picture thinker, passionate about healthcare and is driven by her desire to solve complex problems that lead to well-functioning ecosystems. In her current role at Altron HealthTech as Executive: Strategic Growth, she enables the strategic vision to transform healthcare through technology.
Nicolette practiced competition law at Bowman Gilfillan and thereafter spent the bulk of her career at one of the big 3 hospital groups, first dealing mainly with mergers and acquisitions in the legal team and subsequently, working in the Strategy and Health Policy team, where she managed the private healthcare market inquiry for the company.
She completed her MBA at the Gordon Institute of Business Science in 2017, and this culminated in her ability to leverage a multitude of perspectives and skill sets in finding innovative business solutions that deliver maximum impact.
Prior to joining Altron she consulted to various healthcare companies focused on using innovative technologies to break down the various constraints and barriers in the healthcare space.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, doing puzzles, travelling and spending quality time with her family around the fireplace.
