Altron HealthTech, together with our technology partner, Company Wellness Solutions, provides an innovative Wellness solution that can be instantly accessed through multiple engagement channels, ensuring that your employees and their loved ones get the help that they need, when they need.
The main channel of engagement is the digital platform that is app based. The platform is supported by just over 4000 Practitioners (including Counsellors, Dieticians, Fitness Coaches, Financial Experts, and Legal Experts) across 37 countries in 11 languages. Users may select the Practitioner they wish to engage based on their personal preference.
The app has built in intelligence to learn the user behaviour and start interaction with the user based on their personal preferences. This is done in the form articles, videos and podcasts. Several other features include Sleep Sounds, Mood Tracker, Calorie Counter, Goal setting, BMI Calculator, Cooking videos and more.
The service also caters for users who do not have access to a Smart device. They may access the service via USSD, Toll free or Web app (Internet).
