Document encryption

To better protect you and your patients, all internally generated documents emailed from our application are now password-protected. The PDF password will be the patient's South African ID number, passport number, or date of birth, based on available information.

Tooth number billing

We have added a new functionality to include tooth numbers in billing line items for relevant specialities. When adding a procedure, a validated field for tooth numbers will be available, following the rules from the integrated PMA. This allows direct submission of bills requiring tooth numbers into the PMA.

Template enhancements

Our template creation page now supports more input types for custom forms. You can now add 'Section Headers' for organizing your form, 'Number Input' fields that only accept numerical entries, and 'Multi-input rows' to combine up to three input types in a single row for greater customisation.

Canvas images are now applied to patient archive reports within a consultation

If a doctor uses a canvas image in the consultation, this image will also be included in the archive report for a specific consultation.

Warning messages on note templates

If a note template is closed by mistake, the user will now be presented with a warning to ensure that this was a deliberate action request to safeguard their data and reduce loss of work.

Backward Synchronization of appointments

If some capturing of clinical notes needs to be done on past appointments, these appointments will now be synchronized for a week before the current date. An example of this scenario would be if a patient was seen in a hospital and the appointment was made after the event in Elixir Live. These appointments will now be visible in HealthOne to enable the capture of the clinical note.

Booked-off appointment types can now be used bi-directionally between Elixir Live and HealthONE

The doctor's diary can now be managed from both HealthOne and Elixir Live. This feature provides for "Booked-off" appointments from HealthOne to reflect on both applications, thus allowing for better management of the doctor's diary.
