The expansion will be facilitated via partnerships with local dealers such as Medcon and strategic organisations such as MediSwitch Namibia. MediSwitch Namibia is the foremost provider of electronic claims delivery services in Namibia, providing the very essential in-country support, implementation, and training, all of which are crucial for the successful rollout and deployment of the Elixir Live solution into Namibia.

Elixir Live supports everything from appointment scheduling and billing to credit control, clinical insights, and patient engagement. It integrates seamlessly with Altron HealthTech’s ecosystem, including switching capabilities and overall business reporting on the financial state of the business, and Engage Mx, a personalised patient communication platform, to create an interoperable, cloud-first healthcare experience. Other features of this solution include the ability to localise the product, from currency integration to compliance with regional data laws. 

This move forms part of a broader expansion roadmap by Altron HealthTech in Namibia.
