When collectively speaking of innovation and healthcare, we tend to think of new medical breakthroughs – new therapies and medicines. But many of the shortcomings of the sector extend from operational problems, and this is where a patient-centric digital environment makes an enormous difference. The pandemic demonstrated how digital technology is changing healthcare and tackling these challenges and put the focus back on the patient.
